                                                        James Duncan (the one in the red hat), President of The Duncan                                                                      Group, Inc. was born and raised in San Angelo.  A third-generation                                                                 real estate developer, investor, or builder in San Angelo, James has                                                                  been involved in real estate projects in San Angelo for most of his life.                                                           As a young man, James was involved in projects in East San Angelo,                                                                Southwest San Angelo, Christoval, Grape Creek, and Carlsbad.  His                                                              projects in San Angelo have included land and subdivision development,                                                     and single family, multi-family and commercial projects.
